Your professional membership with the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association is a mark of distinction that identifies you as a trusted professional in the residential construction industry. Our members are recognized for their professionalism, commitment to the home building industry, and for being connected and informed on the issues that matter most. Certified Professionals use their membership to build confidence with consumers and businesses, while setting themselves apart from underground and under-qualified contractors.
When you join the Association, you automatically become a professional member at the local and national level. You gain a powerful voice and are represented at all three levels of government. Influence at all three levels is important, as the industry is subject to provincial and national laws, municipal bylaws, building regulations, and government decisions that affect you in your day to day work.
Be informed and connected on the issues that matter most, receive timely market resources to support your business decisions, and leverage quality connections to maximize your success.Read More

Each application is verified through the process of a background check that includes verifying industry references, professional designation requirements, and Board approval to ensure that all members fulfill the ethical and professionalism standards set out by the Association.
Step 3: Review and approval by Board of Directors
The Board meets on a quarterly basis to review and approve applications for professional membership. Once a decision has been made, the Association contacts the applicant to provide information on next steps.
