Qualifying for Professional Membership

Our professional members represent all aspects of the residential construction industry. Whether your company develops land, builds homes, renovates homes, or provides a product or service to the housing industry, the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association is here to represent you and provide you with the tools and resources to help grow your business.

Prospective members who’s activity includes the building of houses or residential structures for purchase or for rent must apply for the home builder category and obtain the Certified Professional Home Builder (CPHB) designation.

Similarly, prospective members who’s activity includes the renovating of houses or residential structures where they deal directly with homeowners must apply for the renovator category and obtain the Certified Professional RenoMark Renovator (CPRR) designation.

All professional members must abide by the Association’s Code of Ethics.
