Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association Welcomes Andrew Wagner as New Chair

SASKATOON, SK (APR 23, 2024) — The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association (SRHBA) is excited to welcome Andrew Wagner, Founder and Director of Construction at Maison Design+Build, as the new chair of the Board of Directors. Wagner was elected at the SRHBA Annual General Meeting and will be serving a two-year term. Wagner is succeeding Conrad Ehr, President of Ehrenburg Homes, as Chair.

“I am honoured to be taking on the role of Board Chair at the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association,” said Wagner, “I thank Conrad Ehr for his past leadership in this position, as his commitment to not only the association, but the residential construction industry has left an incredible mark on us all. Together, with the support of our esteemed members and dedicated team, the board along with myself and the association will continue to drive innovation, advocate for excellence, and foster growth in our industry.”

Wagner has over 24 years of experience in the construction and project management industry. He graduated from Mechanical Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan in 2000 and holds his P. Eng. and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations. Wagner’s passions include energy efficiency, sustainable material selection and incorporating innovative construction methods in their projects. Wagner resides in Saskatoon with his wife (and Founder of Maison Design+Build) Jilaire and their two daughters, ages 18 and 15.

New Directors (2-year term) for the Board include Vandana Sen, CPA of Stewart, Gee, Murray & Sen CPA LLP, Evan Drisner of Steel-Craft Doors Sales & Service, and Brad Luey of Midwest Surveys. Joining Wagner as Chair of the Executive Committee this year are Brad Zurevinski of Dream as Vice Chair and Conrad Ehr of Ehrenburg Homes as Immediate Past Chair.

“We are thrilled to welcome Andrew as Board Chair along with 12 other incredible and knowledgeable directors,” said Nicole Burgess, CEO of the SRHBA, “As we continue to grow as an association, I am confident that Andrew’s wealth of knowledge will lead us to new heights and help us further advance Saskatoon and region’s residential construction industry.”
