Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association Announces Brad Zurevinski as New Board Chair

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SASKATOON, SK (APR 24, 2026) The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association (SRHBA) is pleased to announce Brad Zurevinski of USask Properties as the new Chair of the SRHBA Board of Directors. Zurevinski assumes the position following the Association’s Annual General Meeting and succeeds Andrew Wagner of Maison Design + Build, who served as Chair for the past two years.

Zurevinski has served on the SRHBA Board of Directors for the past five years, most recently as Vice Chair. During his tenure, he has played an active role in advancing the Association’s advocacy work, including chairing SRHBA’s Advocacy & Research Committee, contributing through the Association’s Developer Liaison Group, and serving as a member of the Strategic Oversight Committee with the City of Saskatoon, among many other contributions.

“I am honoured to step into the role of Chair of the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association,” said Zurevinski. “SRHBA plays an important role in supporting and advocating for the residential construction industry in our region. I want to thank Andrew Wagner for his leadership over the past two years, and I look forward to working alongside our Board, members, and staff as we continue advancing housing, affordability, and industry excellence in Saskatoon and the region.”

Zurevinski brings significant experience in land development, infrastructure planning, and housing. As President and CEO of USask Properties, and previously as General Manager of Dream Development in Saskatoon, he has helped lead major community-building initiatives, including master-planned neighbourhoods and mixed-use development projects. His perspective will be valuable as the Association continues to work with industry, government, and community partners on policies that support housing supply, affordability, innovation, and responsible growth.

“Brad brings a thoughtful, collaborative, and strategic perspective to the role of Board Chair,” said Nicole Burgess, CEO of SRHBA. “He has been deeply engaged in the Association’s advocacy efforts, developer discussions, and municipal policy work over the past several years. His experience and commitment to the industry will be incredibly valuable as we continue working to advance housing in Saskatoon and the region.”
