Parade of Homes is Back! – SRHBA Parade of Homes Returns After Two-Year Break

SASKATOON, SK (7 July 2016) – After a two year break, this summer will see the return of the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association Parade of Homes. Featuring 24 homes built by 12 SRHBA builders, the parade will run from August 8th to October 2nd and feature show homes in Saskatoon, Martensville, Warman, and Corman Park. The SRHBA held a press conference this morning in Rosewood where CEO Chris Guérette unveiled the new logo and branding, along with the newly launched paradeofhomesonline.ca.

The Parade of Homes is the public’s opportunity to see the wide range of choice available in the Saskatoon Region’s new home market. This year’s parade has broad appeal for those looking to see the newest trends in home design, get inspiration for renovation, or explore what options are available when buying a new home. Attendees can also use it as an opportunity to see the excellent workmanship and professionalism that sets SRHBA members apart in the residential construction industry.

“The return of the Parade of Homes to Saskatoon is a vote of confidence in our regional economy”, says Saskatoon Mayor Donald Atchison. “Members of the Saskatoon and Region Home Builders Association generate millions of dollars of economic value for Saskatoon and building homes for families helps build a successful and prosperous city. I am happy to welcome the Parade of Homes back to Saskatoon.”

“We’ve never had such a diverse selection of styles, price-points, and communities in the Parade of Homes. This year there’s truly something for everyone,”  said SRHBA CEO Chris Guérette. “Our  members have worked hard on the homes in this year’s parade, and we can’t wait for you to see their excellent work.”

The Parade of Homes show homes can be viewed Monday to Thursday from 7 pm – 9 pm or Saturdays and Sundays from 2 – 5 pm. Parade of Homes is closed on Fridays.  For complete details, maps, and up-to-date information on the homes, contests, and special events, visit www.paradeofhomesonline.ca.
