Net Zero Energy Demonstration Project

Saskatoon Land, in partnership with the SRHBA and Sun Ridge Residential, is pleased to announce the Net Zero Demonstration Project.

Saskatoon Land has set aside 12 lots for a demonstration project for NZE homes and is looking for interested certified builders to participate in the demonstration. The City is offering significant incentives to builders who wish to participate. The goal is to raise awareness of the benefits of NZE construction.

Additionally, Sun Ridge Residential will be providing training and design support and other resources to assist builders in meeting the high standards of design and construction required to achieve Net-Zero or Net-Zero ready certification.
