Rodelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and an MBA from the University of Saskatchewan. Continuous learning is a passion and she’s achieved a variety of certifications, including Lean Black Belt, Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, DISC Personality Profiling, and designations as a Certified Professional in Human Resources, and a Certified Professional Business Coach.  She spent the past 10 years in a variety of senior- and executive-level HR roles within the manufacturing industry, running her own consulting business, and teaching at the Edwards School of Business. Rodelle now leads Hometown Homes as their CEO.

Rodelle joined the Board of the Association in April of 2023.
