Jennifer grew up in small town Saskatchewan. After graduation she moved to Regina to attend the University of Regina. During her studies, she was chosen as one of the students to participate in a study abroad pilot program in Mexico which ignited her passion for travel and allowed her to become fluent in Spanish. Furthering her education, she transferred to the University of Saskatchewan, and was granted another study abroad semester with the Ben Gurion University in Israel.

Jennifer joined Custom Foundations in 2011. Custom Foundations is an established company for over 40 years that has a longstanding reputation of providing quality service, and workmanship in residential foundations. As their business name alludes to, they are the go-to company for custom projects. They pride themselves on their attention to detail, and have the necessary experience and skills to take on an array of jobs from small homes, renovations, additions, and large projects. Jennifer’s role has evolved over time, to becoming an owner in 2017, and President & CEO in 2019. Jennifer is well known in the industry for her expertise in residential foundations, and is often drawn on for guidance in a variety of challenging projects. The wide-ranging scope of projects Jennifer has been involved in has allowed her to work with a variety of tradespeople, posing her to be a great source of knowledge and representation for the industry.

In her spare time, she loves to travel whenever she can, spend time with her family, work in her yard, and loves talking all things politics. Jennifer is an accomplished pianist and organist, and has been teaching piano and organ for 25 years. Jennifer is also an avid Saskatchewan Roughriders fan and has been a season ticket holder with her father for many years.

Jennifer joined the Board of Directors in April 2021.
