Brad Zurevinski

Usask Properties Investment Inc.

Brad Zurevinski is the President and CEO of Usask Properties Investment Inc., the land development and real estate corporation of the University of Saskatchewan. In this role, he will lead the transformation of over 1,000 acres of university endowment lands into sustainable, mixed-use communities that generate long-term value for the institution while advancing housing innovation, environmental performance, and financial sustainability.

Prior to establishing Usask Properties, Brad served as General Manager for Dream Development in Saskatoon, where he oversaw the planning and delivery of major master-planned communities, including Brighton, the city’s top-performing neighborhood by market share. Over the course of his 15+ year career, he has directed the development of more than 3,500 residential lots and over 100 acres of multi-family and commercial lands, managing annual capital budgets in excess of $40 million.

Brad’s background includes serving as Managing Leader of the Urban Development division at Stantec Consulting and early-career experience with the City of Saskatoon. His expertise spans land development, infrastructure planning, stakeholder engagement, and strategic business leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and is a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).

In addition to chairing the 2025 Saskatchewan Real Estate Forum, Brad is incoming Chair of the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association and was recently recognized with the Award of Honour from the Canadian Home Builders’ Association.
