Rodelle is based out of Saskatoon where she works with small businesses doing HR consulting, leadership training, strategic planning, and continuous improvement facilitation. Her clients range from the construction industry, to manufacturing, engineering, and local non-profits. Rodelle also has a personal connection to a local electrical contractor, giving her first-hand insight into the construction industry.
