Conrad Ehr New Chair of the Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association

Saskatoon, SK (April 28, 2022) >> The Saskatoon & Region Home Builders’ Association elected its new Executive at its Annual General Meeting and welcomed Conrad Ehr, President of Ehrenburg Homes as its Chair for a two-year term, succeeding Andrew Williams of North Prairie Developments.

Ehr commented, “I am very excited to chair the board over the next two years. The group of directors, staff and stakeholders of this industry are an amazing group that will drive the industry forward. I’m humbled to accept this leadership position, and I look forward to bringing continued success to our industry.
My focus will be to bring continued value to membership through a variety of activities, events as well as working with governments and stakeholders to advocate for affordability and a healthy residential construction industry.
I thank Andrew Williams for his past leadership within the Chair position. With his great dedication to the industry our association performed well during the pandemic, while positioning well the association for the future.”

Born and raised in Saskatoon, Ehr entered the home building industry in 1999, wherein he started working for his family’s locally owned company, Ehrenburg Homes. A stunning home with tall ceilings and a unique floor plan that creates the perfect blend of farmhouse, modern and classic styles. The board and batten exterior accomplished the farmhouse style while the large dormers and gables added elegance. The custom layout features dual walk-in pantries, a guest suite and designer kitchen. The 4-car garage and the low light guiding down the stairs into the kitchen were purposeful. The ensuite features access to the laundry, in-floor heat and an electronic shower valve. Zoned heating adds natural comfort to the home, while a natural gas generator adds peace of mind. This 3789 square foot home turned vision into reality and was truly a labor of hard work and love.
