Growth & Development 2019

In response to member feedback, the Developer’s Forecast has been revamped to reflect the important link between development and the health and growth of our economy.

Growth & Development 2019 will provide an opportunity for experts to provide perspective on local development and our local economy. Hear from experts in the banking, mortgage and development industries on the status of the local economy and the outlook for the next year, and find out the latest inside info on CHBA National’s activities and priorities from Nathan Stone, CHBA National President.

Following the expert presentations and moderated panel, attendees will receive a copy of the first ever Development Market Outlook Report, a valuable reference document that attendees can take back to their offices and staff to help inform them on developer plans over the next year.

This event is highly anticipated and historically has been one of the most well-attended events of the year, so don’t miss your chance to gain valuable, exclusive insight while networking with your SRHBA peers.

In 2009, Nathan joined the Board of CHBA-BC as Second Vice President.  He took on many roles at the provincial level, including Chair of the Provincial Education Committee and representing BC on CHBA’s Professional Development Committee.  Nathan served as CHBA-BC president in 2012.

During his time on CHBA’s Executive Committee starting in 2014, Nathan played an active part in the revitalization of the Association.  He particularly enjoyed his advocacy work on behalf of members, and the opportunity to meet with industry colleagues from across the country through Association events.
